Things to know about your booking
What are the check-in/out times?
On the day of your arrival, you can check into your room from 2 pm to 11 pm. We ask you to vacate your room by 10 am on the day of departure.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Mondschein. Pets are allowed on request in the low season.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
After receiving the reservation confirmation, we ask you to pay a deposit of € 300,- . Please transfer the amount no later than 14 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation (bank transfer or online credit card payment). You can pay the remaining amount directly to us before departure. We accept EC cards and cash as means of payment (limited cash payment according to Italian regulations).

How are your room rates made up?
Our prices include VAT and do not include the tourist tax of € 3.40 per person per day. We accept EC cards and cash as means of payment.
What discounts are available for children?
Discounts for an extra bed with children's menu:
- Children from 1 to 6 years receive an 80% discount in their parents' room in the HALF Moon double room and a 40% discount in the NEW Moon double room.
- Children from 6 to 12 years receive a 40% discount in their parents' room in the HALF Moon double room and a 20% discount in the NEW Moon double room.
- Children aged 12 and over receive a 20% discount in their parents' room.
What are the cancellation conditions?
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- If the stay is cancelled 40 to 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit of € 300 per room will be retained/charged. In the event of early cancellation, the deposit will be retained and credited for a later date
- For cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date, 70% of the agreed total price will be charged
- For cancellations 7 days before arrival or non-arrival as well as early departure, at least 100% of the remaining holiday will be charged
Is there a car park at the hotel?
There are plenty of free parking spaces available directly at the hotel. There is also a covered car park for your motorbike.
Do I need travel cancellation insurance?
In the event of cancellations, fees may apply depending on the time and circumstances. As unforeseen events can always occur, we recommend that you take out travel insurance before travelling - for example with Europäische Reiserversicherung.
